Precautions for installing radiators

When installing radiators, you should pay attention to the following three points:
1. When planning to install radiators, the first thing we need to do is decide where exactly to place them—identifying the location that offers the best heating performance, ensures aesthetic appeal, and, of course, guarantees the highest level of safety.
2. During the installation of radiators, the most critical factor is ensuring secure sealing. It’s especially important to avoid any water leaks. From another perspective—considering the difficulty of installation—if there are no special circumstances, it’s best not to casually change the position of the radiators. Otherwise, not only will you face inconvenience yourself, but you may also inadvertently cause discomfort for others, such as your neighbors.
3. In the final stage—after the radiators have been installed—we proceed with testing and acceptance. As is typical in this industry, testing is an essential step once installation is complete. During the replacement or installation process, workers usually leave valves pre-installed on the pipes, ready for use. Once everything is fully assembled, a pressure test should be conducted to ensure there are no leaks, drips, sprays, or water escapes. If the test confirms that the system is completely watertight, the radiator installation can be considered flawless—and thus, the radiator testing and acceptance process is successfully completed.
